This May the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea were once again transformed into one of the world’s greatest flower shows, home to amazing plant displays and the best cutting-edge garden designs.
Gardens can provide an amazing range of benefits, not only can they act as a solemn retreat and a place to relax and enjoy those sunny weekends, they can also help gardeners to stay fit and healthy, with many gardening tasks boasting a surprising rate of calorie burning potential! Taking this into account, Bosch teamed up with the legendary personal trainer Mr. Motivator to showcase these benefits with some live workouts to get Chelsea moving! With the sun shining and Mr. Motivator busting some energetic and nostalgic moves, Chelsea Flower Show 2016 was truly kicked off in style.
